Pain – it’s embedded into the very elements of this earth, our bodies and our reality experiences, as though it’s critical to life. It can come to us in so many different forms that to give it one name, pain, is to do it injustice. Because when pain strikes, on any level, mentally, emotionally, physically or spiritually, there is a sense of great disruption. There is an overwhelm to the consciousness, and there are questions: “Why is this happening”? and “When will this end”? And yet, we’ve relied on pain to push us into spiritual growth.
Of course, pain does end, at some point. It can be suppressed, process through you, or it can even persist, but it will end eventually. When we can’t feel it anymore, certainly we’re glad to have the relief. But is there learning?
It’s not really the nature of pain though that’s most meaningful to speak of at this time. It’s more about who you are in that pain. How do you see yourself then? Do you heap more pain on yourself with stories that exaggerate the pain? Do you come to believe things about yourself that complicate the pain? When you don’t understand your pain does your confusion take you to external fixations? Do you muscle through it so that you don’t think of yourself as weak, and can prove that you’re strong? Do you deflect, minimize, intellectualize, or dissociate instead of feeling through your pain? Do you use humour to hide your pain? Do you complain? Blame God? Do you act out your pain or share your pain to drag others into it? Do you choose drugs, alcohol, emotional eating, or any other addiction to avoid and numb the pain? These questions are not judgments. We have all been ‘there’, at various stages in our lives, when pain was taking us over and our reaction was to feed the pain. However, this only prolongs it. Instead, these questions are intended to raise our consciousness to the evolving relationship we have with ourselves. Any pain is bringing our attention to what is out of alignment with our sacred balance.
Our world has been in a world of pain that is only now beginning to heal. Truly. Our Earth reality has been so disconnected from our true God-created nature that most people don’t know that this disconnection from God is the ultimate source of their pain. There have been so many distortions, deceptions, manipulations, and controls over our life on Earth, at every level, that it takes endurance, allowing, and a deep desire to know the truth, to find our way to back to feeling that we are more powerful than this pain that’s been imposed upon us.
Every effort has been made by the negative alien agenda to destroy what is sacred to humanity, and what is essential to keeping the integrity of the Cosmic Christ consciousness, and our DNA-RNA. Countless wars have shed human blood, massacres have left fallen souls trapped, genetic experimentation has left us dis-eased, and we have become deaf, blind and lost to what is authentic and unauthentic. Except that we do know the difference between feeling pain and living without pain. It’s a matter of how clear we’re willing to be about this.
One would think that we would have had enough of pain by now. That we would surrender to the Divinity in our hearts to dissolve the pain so that the only energy we can bring through us is the harmony, the peace, the unconditional love, the unity, the kindness, the God in us. Collectively, we are still evolving to this. There is a great deal for humanity to discern and heal. There are those actively changing the consciousness of our planet through their embodiment. There are those who are still participating with the collective pain, without realizing that they are choosing it, and that they can choose otherwise. But there are those negative aliens, Satanists and Luciferians, who continue to deliberately create pain for others so that it will never end because pain is what they feed on. Depending on pain is an anti-Christ construct.
This is what elevates the angelic human from the war mongers, the betrayers, the tyrants, the enemies, and the deceivers: either you perpetuate pain or you heal. To heal your pain means that you acknowledge what you’re feeling and allow yourself to feel it. You acknowledge the source of your pain, and the consequences that pain has caused. When you’re more spiritually developed, to acknowledge it also means to witness the pain with your neutral observer self, and accept the truth of it. With compassion. This alone is what can instantly stop the pain. To do something about your pain and make higher choices is to claim your authentic power. You choose what’s true of you more than you choose what is a lie about you. And you keep choosing it.
People are used to repeating pain and this is definitely not what we need now. Many people resist the opportunity to be truly liberated. They’re afraid that they wouldn’t recognize who they can become. Many people want to hang onto what was and pull themselves back to old patterns, or the false safety of the familiar, and this can bring them into the artificial timelines of the lower dimensional energies. The negative aliens want to keep people there and make every effort to do so with victim-victimizer programs that derail ascension. People allow fear to take over, imagining that the consciousness shift they undergo will be so dramatic that they won’t know themselves anymore. But nothing could be further from the truth. What’s true is that up until now they’ve not really known themselves!
We are each much more than our fears, our beliefs, or our body. We are more than our pain. We are eternal beings. Our pain has higher purpose if we use it to come to know who we truly are. This is always the opportunity. The question is, can you hold steady during your soul’s evolutionary change, during its rebirth? Can you stay aligned and deepen into knowing yourself under that kind of pressure to transform? Every human holds this potential, and right now many people are experiencing profound change.
When there’s chaos around you, when the instability confronts you at every turn, when the insanity tries to push itself onto you, when the reversals take you in the opposite direction that you intend, or victim-victimizer targeting persists, or when the familiar falls away, will you remember that you are One with God? This is the self-mastery to be inner sustained. Give your pain to God, not your conditions. Let go and be willing to be in the unknown of the next steps of your spiritual freedom. It’s not more pain that’s in the unknown. In the unknown is the Divine field of all possibilities! This is not what we’ve been told. This is not what we’re used to. But if you can trust that when you align your heart with God, God will lead you out of any of your pain, then you always feel safe and supported. Then your presence also heals the pain of others, because you are unconditional love.
