The Power of the “O” Tone

The tone of “O”, pronounced as “Oh”, corresponds to the 3rd solar plexus chakra, which houses your authentic power center when personal will is aligned with Divine will. It is no accident that it’s highly targeted by the Negative Aliens, and subject to Armageddon programming.

For very many people this chakra is highly deflated with disempowerment due to being abused in power imbalances. Therefore, it can hold many fears and emotions.

For others, this 3rd chakra will be overinflated due to ego pride, arrogance, or a boastful attitude.

With either polarity there is imbalance and disharmony. However, this chakra, can be rebalanced by toning the sound “oh” as follows:

  • Stand or sit so that your body is relaxed but with straight posture so your body is open in your mid-section.
  • Set your intention to release any harmful energies creating imbalance in the chakra. You may get specific by intending to clear any negative emotions such as fear, anxiety, anger or frustration, alien implants, disharmonious frequencies, trauma, psychic weapons, and any energies that you have picked up through empathic resonances.
  • Take a deep inhale, and on the exhale let the sound follow the breath. You are simply allowing the sound to be voiced as it arises naturally and effortlessly from the solar plexus. Be sure to place energy behind it so that you are sounding with clear intention. If that feels too uncomfortable to start, start quietly and eventually build the loudness of the tone.
  • Do not force or push the sound out: just sound as long as your exhale can effortlessly sustain the sound. Do not scream the tone or push it through your throat as this will hurt your vocal cords.
  • Spend about 5 minutes repeatedly making the tone, and then sit in stillness for a few minutes to allow integration.
  • Stay aware of what you’re experiencing in your body. The effect would be to move energy in the solar plexus area, so you may feel new sensations arising. For example, may feel that area become more spacious, warm or cool. Some people are not used to deep breathing, or moving energy this way, so if you feel lightheaded or unwell please stop and settle your body before you continue, if it feels safe to do so.

Repeat as often as feels resonant. This tool works best if it’s used frequently and consistently.
